Securifor 2D has double horizontal wires for higher penetration times and very high ridigity.





Securifor 2D is the ultimate heavy weldmesh panel for providing the highest degree of security with the most discreet visual impact on the environment. The rigidity of the panels is further reinforced by the inclusion of 6 mm vertical wires and the addition of double 4 mm horizontal wires at 152,4 mm centres to the inside face of the panel. This product is ideally suited for applications that require high rigidity and stepping.


Vandal resistant

The finger-and-toe-proof mesh profile combines an anti-climb and anti-cut panel with excellent through visibility and resistance to vandalism. The small mesh apertures with heavy wires results in long delay times using simple hand tools to attempt cutting through the panel.



Minimal visual impact on the environment with excellent see through visibility, essential for use with CCTV.

Securifor 2D: Mesh pattern 76.2 mm (3″) x 12.7mm (0.5″) welded at each intersection.
Horizontal wires: 4 mm diameter at 12.7 mm centres on the attack face, and intermittent 4 mm double wires at 152.4 centres on the inside face.
Vertical wires: 6 mm diameter at 76.2 mm centres
Weld strength: 50% of the minimum tensile strength of the wire. Tensile range 540-690 N/m2.



The Securifor rectangular posts system, Bekafix Super post system and the Bekasecure post system is recommended for Securifor 2D.



Securifor 2D is made out of galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron).
